Following its Chapter 11 filing, Kodak announced it is selling its online gallery to Shutterfly. Kodak is thought to have about 5 million users. Those users can opt-out of the shift and download their pictures for free or purchase CDs of them from Kodak. Shutterfly stock rose nearly 15% following the announcement.
