Twitter has reportedly mastered filter solutions that allow them to remove tweets in individual countries, though they have yet to exercise the option. Twitter is going for 1 billion users, which demands expansion into countries that do not have the First Amendment rights to Free Speech that Americans do. Prior, tweets that were censored were removed worldwide. Most of these contained links to child porn.
