In what is believed to be the first instance of a country requesting an injunction under Twitter's new country-by-country censorship system, Brazil is requesting all tweets alerting drivers to police roadblocks, radar traps, and drunk-driving checkpoints be removed. Removed tweets are replaced with a notice that the tweet has been censored.
Twitter had no comment on the request.
