French anti-racist groups have dropped a lawsuit against Apple over an app entitled 'Jew or Not Jew' after the app was removed from distribution. It had been sold in France, but removed from circulation after the flap. It continued to be made available in other countries until recently.
The designer of the app said he never considered it to be anti-Semitic, just recreational.
