Since it went about a week without upgrading any further (knock wood), I went ahead and acquiesced. I actually think it looks better even though I am only writing this as the first thing I have done with the new install.
Firefox needs to stabilize and slow down a bit. I don't care how quickly these updates take, they're still a pain in the ass with their constant reminding. Speaking of which, they need to retire that fucking window forever.
