Google Drops Products

Google announced that it is dropping seven products "which haven't had the impact [they]'d hoped for..." The seven products are:

• Google Knol
• Google Bookmarks List
• Google Gears
• Google Wave
• Google Friends Connect
• Google Search Timeline
• Renewable Energy Cheaper Than Coal
  

Other products will be integrated into Google's existing products list as they continue to trim and shape their offerings. Google+ is really making moves in this direction, integrating a lot of features that were formerly separate from one another.
