Barack Obama and his administration strongly support the routine violation of the Fourth Amendment by US departments, such as the FBI, when it comes to your e-mail and online communications. The Obama administration refused to acknowledge or address accusations of fascism.
The Obama administration and Republican senators said that demanding "probable cause" and "warrants" would unnecessarily burden the judicial systems. Amongst the most vocal supporters are Republican senators from Iowa, who just passed a law forcing rape victims to carry babies resulting from rape to term, as rape is "an Act of God."
