"We" need to change the discussion to LRAD technology, unregulated "intelligence agencies," and posing as a member of a Federal government agency (or "private company") for which you do not actually work.
Also, arms manufacturer, Microsoft absolutely did not find "Russian Hackers" using acoustic technology to hack into personal home assistants.
