How do we know that Babchenko is alive -- because we saw a video of him at a press conference?  We thought he was dead because we saw a video of him being shot, but that allegedly turned out to be a clever ruse.

How do we know the video of him showing up at a press conference alive wasn't filmed before the one where they shot him in the back, and they just waited to release that one last?  Who's to say the news conference wasn't staged, and filmed before they murdered him on camera?

So now, everyone suffers a double doublethink, believing the dead guy is actually alive when he really is dead.  This way, no one will bother investigating Babchenko's murder, because no one believes he's dead.

It's the perfect cover-up!
