A new set of amendments limiting anti-hacking legislation has been dubbed "Aaron's Law" after Internet activist Aaron Swartz. Swartz took his own life fearing a life in prison due to overzealous prosecution. Following his death, many decried the draconian laws and prosecutorial malice involved in cases like Swartz'.
