Maine Republicans launched an attack ad on Colleen Lachowicz, the Democratic senate candidate, for in-character comments she made on World of Warcraft. Lachowicz responded by stating the obvious: That her comments were taken out of context. She then noted that knitting was another of her hobbies and that both pursuits had taken a backseat to her political campaigning over the last several months.
Colleen Lachowicz told reporters that she hopes the campaign backfires on Republicans who she considers to be out of touch.
