Employers Warned Not to Ask for Facebook Passwords

Facebook warned employers not to ask potential employees for passwords, as reports surfaced of the practice. Later, politicians addressed the matter publicly. It seems some employers have been requesting employees' and interviewees' Facebook passwords and the practice violates their First Amendment rights.
