Google opened its online music store yesterday with many free tunes, as well as those from three of the hour major labels and many indie labels priced at $0.69 to $1.29 each. Android users have their music stored in an online locker and can share them with Google+ friends who can listen to them once. Further, users do not have to "rent" their storage as they do with iTunes.
Google's music store is available through the Safari browser, which is available on the iPhone.
