Netflix angered customers by dropping the DVD queue from streaming devices. Now, customers have to go online to add DVDs to their queue; they can no longer do this from their streaming device. Netflix said they are doing this to focus on instant movies (movies available to stream), as including the queue ties-up resources the company says would improve the streaming experience.
