Woman's Rights Violated After She Was Fired for Disparaging Boss Online

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has brought a suit against American Medical Response of Connecticut Inc. for firing a female worker who posted disparaging remarks about her boss on Facebook, then discussed said comments with co-workers on the social network. The NLRB says the woman's First Amendment rights were violated, as workers have a right to discuss their work and work environment without fear of persecution.

Representatives likened the exchange to "watercooler talk."
