Michigan Looking to End Frivolous Harassment Suits

A Michigan bill, which passed in the Democratic-run House and is now on its way to the Republican-controlled Senate, looks to dismiss lawsuits brought against people who post negative comments regarding businesses on social networking sites, blogs, and other online outlets.
