Bots are a terrible problem, I agree, and so are the creeps who are paid to spread spam around on blogs and the like, and that is where CAPTCHA works great, but it's definitely getting out of hand here, people!

This is 'Bout Ya Captcha
WTF is up with the CAPTCHA everywhere? Do you really think you need a CAPTCHA if your site checks PR or backlinks? What about if it is a music site? Or how about when it is a "community" that doesn't allow anyone who isn't a registered user to comment or participate?
