CBS has acquired the online TV portal, Clicker for an undisclosed sum. Clicker's co-founder and CEO, Jim Lanzone, has been appointed president of CBS Interactive as part of the deal. The network's other online properties include CBS.com, CBSNews.com, CBSSports.com, CNET, TV.com, and Gamespot.com.
