Online Video Usage Up, According to Nielsen

Nielsen Wire Reports that online video usage has increased 45% since January, 2010. Viewers spent the most time watching video at Netflix, but YouTube had the most streams with some 8.5 billion. Hulu was YouTube's closest contender with about 10% the number of streams (813,000).

The number of new video users is only up 3%. Usage among those who already enjoyed streaming media is up 28%, with those users spending 45% more time watching media online.
