Authorities claim 23-year-old Russian, Oleg Nikolaenko, created the botnet Mega-D and is responsible for as much as 10 million spam e-mails a day, or 1/3 of the world's spam. He was arrested in Las Vegas and awaits trial in Milwaukee for violating the CAN-SPAM Act.
