The latest World of Warcraft patch adds all new dailies and questlines to the game. The patch was released earlier in the week and also came with a few new scenarios and other goodies. The download takes less than 10 minutes and is playable even sooner than that.
Although I have tow 90-lvl toons, I haven't gotten through all of the quests in Pandarea. In fact, I have only just started the many dailies lines you have to go through to grind rep for the various factions. New gear becomes available once you earn enough rep with the various factions. I have not played the new quests so I cannot comment on them but I think they are more PvP based than PvE.
