Arachnophilia Works on Vista/7

Arachnophilia is a time-honored HTML writer that this author has used for at least 10 years or more. I have no idea how it works with HTML 5.0 but seeing as how I have yet to learn HTML 5, it does not matter much to me. However, it appears there has been a new build released in recent months that might support 5.0. I stick to the original because I didn't like the Java build, which is cross-platform, but I may have to give the latest release a try.

Arachnophilia is a great program that supports tag coloring, making your document incredibly easy to read as you write it. It also has a table wizard and many features you would expect to find in a pay program - for free. For my money, you really can't beat Arachnophilia.

I swap-out to it after publishing through SiteSpinner for edits. So every page you see on the site has gone through Arachnophilia.
