Rollback Firefox

The latest updates to Firefox simply do not work and you will need to rollback your Firefox installation to 6.0.  This is actually far easier than one might expect.

Simply go into

1. Download Firefox 6.0
2. Control Panel -> Uninstall Programs
3. Remove Mozilla Firefox 6.0.x - leave the "Remove personal data" box unchecked.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Install Firefox 6.0 from the file you downloaded in Step 1

You shouldn't have to reinstall Add-Ons, adjust anything, or download Bookmarks; my installation went smoothly and I was up and running with Firefox 6.0 in a matter of moments.  It did ask me to download Flash player and I did so with no issues.

Now, all the images have been restored to YouTube and I'm hoping the frequent Windows Explorer crashes abate.

The link no longer works

Thanks! I removed it. I'm sure there are links to Firefox 6.0 out there, but Mozilla has probably disabled it since releasing 7.0.x.
