As an artist, divorcee, and single mother, Tracey Moberly certainly has a story to tell, but what makes her's so different is that much of it is told through text messaging. Collecting over 12 years' worth of text messages (SMS) dating back to 1999, Moberly's new book, Text-Me-Up!, chronicles her text message timeline as an autobiography.
There is some backstory and background information on the texters, some of whom are celebrities she's encountered and worked with throughout her career, but much of the book are compiled text messages set into three narrative lines. It even includes illustrations by the artist herself. Many of the celebrities are from the music entertainment industry.
