PennyBiddr's owner agreed to pay some $15,000+ to customers, as well as legal costs, when authorities discovered it was using bots to artificially inflate auction prices. Penny auction sites have become prolific in recent months, and some have built-in criminal elements, including options to inflate prices.
At this time, auctions on PennyBiddr are no longer taking bids.
