Despite the fact that "greedy bankers" is repetitious, a Latvian hacker (thought to be based in Britain) using the handle "Neo" (ala The Matrix is leaking sensitive data he claims to have hacked from Latvian IRS databanks which show how bankers who have taken bail-outs have not lowered their salaries, have received bonuses, and more.
The hacker who claims to be part of a group called the Fourth Awakening Peoples' Army who have downloaded millions of files showing the crimes and he is sending them to a Latvian TV station which is broadcasting them via Twitter. He has gained the reputation of a "modern-day Robin Hood."
Latvia is in the worst recession of its history since it parted from the USSR in 1991. Its unemployment rate is the highest in the European Union at 23%.
